Good observation Alan!  I did not noticed it! It adds a plus to this GREAT image.  With its prey too!  VERY VERY nice!  Congrats!

Details, funky perch, great pose and prey all make it a great shot. Only thing that doesn't work for me is the crop. I would like to see it as a vertical with the subject higher in the frame and more of the perch showing. :)
