Not sure of the specs, but I believe 7D 300mm F4  ISO 800 

Crop from top and right to keep the bird from flying out of the frame

It is a very nice flight shot complete with a few water droplets. Composition is spot on but I would concur with KK that I would go marginally lighter on the bird.

Thanks for the comments. Both my laptop and Desktop are calibrated, but they never seem to agree on brightess contrast issues so I will go a bit brighter when I reprocess! Thanks again.

WONDERFUL BIF image with some nice 3D lifting off the water background. Nice pleated feathers in the speculum.
