Kind of an unusual perch in a farm field. Looks more like something one would use for a bonfire.  One of 3 snowy owls at the same location (Akins Road in Ottawa's west end) including an adult male. It's where just about everyone in town and some out-of-towner's is shooting them.

Taken with the Canon 7D MK2.  Thanks for looking.

Interesting perch for a Snowy. Nice image, Wilson.

I like the perch. Makes for a very interesting snowy image.
You cannot save time, you can only spend it wisely, or perhaps, freeze a moment of it forever in a photograph

Thanks Karl and Ron.  Dang!  I just found an all-white male snowy owl (this one is older then the one on Akins).
