Very nice! I was chasing these around the other day but couldn't get close enough to get anything near this pretty. I find they are easiest to approach as lone individuals or small groups. The flock of 200+ birds wasn't having any piece of me and my rig!

Anyone that's ever tried getting close to one of these guys know how difficult it can get. You have it all in this image Karl, sweet light, great detail and a very nice subject, a winner!
