This was shot at a buddies back yard feeder station. It was lightly snowing that morning as we sat in the blind waiting for the birds to come down out of the cedars and onto the perches we had waiting for them. The male tends to have a slightly more striking plumage, but i really like this females pose, and well they are pretty beautiful too.
