Cuban Pygmy Owl

Cuban Pygmy Owl is endemic to Cuba. Very hard to see it in open. I found this owl in 3 places but in only one the BG was decent.
C &  C are welcome.

Nice shot, good light on the owl and BG is well controlled. Seems to be quite a few posts from Cuba recently!
