Bare-throated Tiger-Heron in Costa Rica

I recently made this image with my new 7D. I missed the crop factor....
This is a shy bird but when I approach them nice and slow they react better. This one had a hard time trying to get its beak out of the ground as I was hunting for a frog or worm but its beak got stuck in a piece of dead wood.
