Rough-legged Hawk Hovering

I was lucky enough to get close to this Roughie while he was hovering.  Had to do a little bit of off-roading with a Chrysler 300. :)
Nikon D4, 500F4, 1/1250@F8.0, ISO 2000, 3 EV, handlheld out of the car window.
