Hi everyone, 

Here's a shot taken recently while guiding a private workshop here in Vancouver. Six Short-eared Owls and seven Northern Harriers were hunting all around us, while we photographed from a coastal saltmarsh. 

I always look forward to the winter months here in the Vancouver area and so far there's been a great showing of raptors along with many beautiful clear days. Can't wait to get back out in the field again!
