Osprey

A fellow photographer and I watched as this Osprey made several attempts to get off the water with this catfish. He finally got airborne but struggled from the weight of the fish. Taken with a Nikon D7100 and a Nikon 300mm F/2.8VRll+Nikon 1.7x tele @ F-8, ISO-800, 1/4000s. Thanks for viewing

George, both you and the Osprey had a great catch. Just goes to show the power these birds have.

Wow, I can see why it took him a while to get airborne, that's quite a big catfish he's got, very nice capture George.
