This fellow was quite a hodge-podge of feathers. Immature, I think, though could be molting. Seen today-sparrows are just beginning to migrate through Vermont.

Nice look back pose and exposure. Some selective sharpening to the head will help as it looks like critical focus is on the back. Nice work.

Thanks David-I agree- head could use a bit of sharpening. Forgot to add shooting info:

Canon 1D MK IV, 40 5.6 lens, 1/6400, f/5.6, ISO 1250.

Already have a little noise at 100%,  so hate to add more with sharpening- always a bit of a dilemma.
