The pose and background are fantastic!

The image looks grainy, though (especially visible on the bird's right wing). This is surprising, as you say that you shot it at 250 ISO. That makes me wonder if you accidentally underexposed the image, then had to pull it back up in post. Otherwise, it's hard to account for why a 250 ISO shot would have so much noise grain in the feather detail.
