Dear KK
Thank for the approval. I did change the image to 800 Pixels on the long side in PSCS6 and also kept it under 250KB, so please let me know what I should do different as certainly want to keep to the guidelines

The image posted is more like 600 pixels x 400 pixels, Deborah!
You can use 'Save for Web' tool in PS to specify the image size you wish to save.

Nice attempt of an action image. There is a competition for the major interest point with 3 sets of birds. Try to get one interest point...three of the flying birds are cut off....also try to avoid this.
