Nice bird you spotted there! I love the iredescent colours on the neck and the detail on the wing, but isn't the colour temperature a little cold? Also, what post processing did you do? I don't think an HDR effect will add to the image; the bright-dark transition at the contour line looks rather nervous to me.
It doesn't matter who you are, but where you are and when you are.
