.....As my friend called this  Black-footed Albatross. You might get sea sick if you want to see this pelagic species.

Both versions look very good, Alfred. Once I spent ten days and nights on a relatively small boat circumnavigating Galapagos Islands. It was my first and last at sea.

Alfred, gorgeous details and wonderful job capturing the subtle tonal variations on plumage.  The comp is perfect for me here with the body gliding through the upper third.  The whole bird version gets across the chop on the water, thereby visually explaining "A sea sick bird."

very nice, though looks like a big crop as the detail is lacking and its a bit over sharpened.

I prefer the image of the entire bird here. I have seen many of these on pelagic bird trips and they are always fun to photograph ( as long as you are not hanging on for dear life in rough water!).
