Taken a few months ago when this bird was busy feeding its young at Dee Why, NSW.

The BG is a cliff which is about a kilometer away.

5D3, Canon 800mm, 1/6400, f7.1, iso 1600, handheld.

I agree with Tyohar, Ofer. Aside from the technical difficulty of pulling off a sharp shot of a fast flyer, what makes this for me is the background. It takes it from a standard flight image to a flight image that hints at the environment.

Another great look at Peregrinus Macropus Ofer. Love the pose, the eye contact and the blue BG.
Not sure if it is against your ethics but cleaning up the catchlight in the eye would make the eye look a little sharper. Nice series.
