Taken last month at Cape St. Mary's Newfoundland. When we arrived because of the fog you could not see the visiter centre from the parking lot. After two days of rain and fog and 60 Km winds we left to return the following week. Luckily when we returned we had two days of beautiful sunshine.

So pretty. I love the way the rear bird curves over the front one. Great BG as well. Only thing I wish for is more DOF, probably all the way to f/22 to get both birds sharp.

A very pleasing composition. I like the soft light. Blue BG goes well with blue around eyes. Nice details too.

Beautiful! I love how the background bird's bill and throat line so closely follows the the shape of the other. Great detail and just enough light and shadow to give some dimension to the birds.

Lovely shot Rick. The close-up of the two really works here. I heard about the trip. Sounds like you had a good time. Too bad about the puffins this time.
