Wonderful abstract of this tusker! Lovely detail of the million wrinkles and textured hide, and an excellent view of the eye - not easy with elephants!

Your experiments with composition & form is truly commendable. That too with a subject which is too hard to approach in these parts as in most of the cases they are too irritated often due to human - elephant conflict.
And here you present a composition with elephant eye...
Love the line of attention drawn from the eye to the tusk in a superbly grammatical frame.. including outstanding details...
Hats off..
Simply admiring with respect your postings, one after another of the subject...

Beautifully composed -- I would be tempted to nudge the mid-tone contrast up a tiny bit.

Great detail in the eye as well as the skin folds. I can feel it through the screen.

I agree, the composition is very good with the line of the trunk/tusk leading to the eye placed on the thirds. Nice work!

Good use of line and form in the composition, and the depth of field to have that wonderfully wrinkly hide sharp throughout. Nice work.
