Great image Missy. I love the decisive moment of the martens front legs stretched out and ready to move quick as it's assessing you. And the eye contact couldn't be better. Another fine image from the Missy Mandel Wildlife Refuge! :wink:

Great shot! Pose and eye contact couldn't be better! I am enjoying seeing this attractive animal as well, as I'm quite sure I'll never encounter one. :)

good job on getting all the details in this exposure but a vertical would make a stronger image.

This is so sweet with wonderful detail, including the little claws clinging on to the bark. The triangle made by the pose of the legs and the face makes a terrific composition. Just love this!
