Log Walker

One image of the six bobcats encountered today.  The grass was a bit damp and the bobcat walked on the fallen oak's limbs as much as possible to stay dry.  No amount of whistling could get her to look in our direction.  I never get tired of photographing bobcats here in central California.

Nikon D7200 body, Nikon 500mm f4 lens, ISO 400, f4 at 1/1250 second, window rest, raw converted to jpg in CS6.

I agree, a head turn in response to your whistle would have been good, but a nice cat profile nonetheless.
