A young elephant photographed at Mashatu game reserve, Botswana.  The ellie was very interested in the vehicle and approached us before it returned to the mother.

You captured the inquisitive expression on this youngster. Nice soft light and the background color is attractive. I would like to see a bit more space at the bottom so the feet aren't so close to the edge of the frame. Also more DOF would have helped to get the ears and front legs sharper.

I don't mind your shallow dof here, as its all about that adorable face and inquisitive little baby trunk! but i wish for a little more room for the feet at the bottom edge.

Hello Jaco

I too am Ok with DOF, and agree with Carol on a small amount of room at bottom would improve the overall feel.

Beautiful Expression on this character ! :)
