Mechi river side in the Indo -Nepal border has become one of the most conflicted area between men and elephant as part of the Nepal forest is converted to agricultural land combining with the degraded forest corridor in India....this dare devil tusker is one of the pachyderms who is thriving bearing some bullet injuries on his head and pinna....

The setting is so nice, I love the criss-crossing mountains in the background perfectly framing the ele. He sure is a survivor!
