Coming up the Tidal flat

Canon 7DmkII, 100-400 at 100mm, iso1000, 1/800
Geographic Harbor, AK

We woke up to fog one morning and as it started to get thinner we headed to the beach.  The lifting fog provided some of the prettiest light and conditions of the trip.

Agree the dark screen adds a lot.
Love the shot with the BG environment. Trudging home from a hard days work!

The light is so much kinder on the wet fur in this one. Fine composition and lovely forward motion with the raised paw and a nice diagonal flow through the frame.
