Mountain Nyala (Tragelaphus buxtoni)
Bale Moutains NP, Ethiopia

This huge male moved through Solanum marginatum, looked at me and then  went back into the forest. The background is a wall of Juniperus procera.

Nice species to get to photograph! I like how you've framed it with the foliage all around - though I would have liked a sliver more space below...

The juniper makes a wonderful setting for this image, I love the graceful lines of the branches and the greenery dripping down. The alert pose of the Nyala, and the head being completely clear, make the image for me.

I like your comp here with the included habitat. I agree on a bit more room for the bottom. That is not how I pictured Ethiopia.
