A very pregnant Marmot getting her burrow ready by lining it with fresh grass. She only stopped briefly to stare down the paparazzi.

Excellent behaviour illustration Stan! A lovely view of this industrious little lady as she prepares the maternity unit and nice selective focus to pop her from the environment.

That's one big mouthful she has. Good perspective, I like the rocks in the background giving us a glimpse of the habitat.

Stan, how delightful to catch her giving you (dare I say it?) a pregnant pause, with that huge mouthful of nesting material.  I'm amused to see the grass so well organized, wonderful behavior capture.
