Seen here is a Guanaco standing in front of what might be one of the most amazing and widely recognized rock formations in the world. Happy to be leading a trip to Patagonia next year !

Over time I have realized that my 70-300 IS L is helping me create more meaningful images than my longer lenses. :-)

Equip: EOS 5Dmk3, Canon 70-300 IS L

Happy Mother's Day to all mothers on this forum !

Regards,
Kiran

I am loving your animalscapes Kiran, and this is a stunner!  Gorgeous scene with amazing light, and perfect placement of the tiny Guanaco silhouette.

Superb in every respect!    8)

Beautiful landscape made better by the guanaco.

This is beautiful, great placement of Guanaco to really show his place in his environment. This could do well in landscape gallery too.

Love these kinds of shots!  Excellent.   Nice contrasty scene as well.

Thanks, everyone, for your comments and for taking the time to express your views.

Thanks a lot, Dave, for your comments and feedback ! Wow, good to hear that my image met your high standards and you enjoyed viewing it as much as I enjoyed creating it. :-). I would have missed this shot and the dark foreground had I not driven much further away from the scene (when I saw just the mountain initially) and made a U-turn after I got the desired foreground. The Guanaco moved away soon after...
