Always on the alert for the apex predator of Patagonia, The Puma, a Guanaco is standing at a vantage point on a hill as nightfall approaches.

Beautiful silhouette and illustration of their behaviour Kiran! Perfect for the pano presentation and the colour tones are just the icing on the cake.

At first I disliked the way the foreground was out of focus, but on second thought I think that I really enjoy the similarity and softness of the foreground and cloud. The way they mimic each other in shape is really special. The Guanaco standing sharply in focus also helps it stand out more ... not that it needed to with such dramatic color and shape. Really well done. I wish we could see it without the excessively large and bright copyright and website info :)

What a beautiful silhouette, I especially love how the Guanaco is framed between the darker park of the sky and the ground.
