We found a herd of bachelor male Elands on the way back from a game drive in West Coast National Park of South Africa last September. I had never been able to get close to this species before. However it was right at the time the sun had set. I started out at iso 1600 and as it became darker worked my way up to 6400. This was one of the last shots of the session but despite the high iso it was my favorite. It's full frame.

Canon 5D3 500F4 1/50 F4, iso 6400, lens balanced on window ledge.

Love the soft color palette and DOF, along with the detail. Description below photo says 1600 instead of 6400 FYI.

Nice soft light and pose. Tough to pull a good image out of flat light / hight ISO but you did well.
