I think the dominate wolf was explaining why he was the leader of the pack.     Taken at Omega Park in Quebec.  1DMKIV, ISO 400, f/5.6, 1/1600, 70-200

This looks like an interesting collection of animals at this zoo Rick, and you get to see them in photogenic winter conditions. Good action here but the colour is way off with a strong magenta/pink/red cast. I seem to remember you have told us before you have a problem with seeing colour, but this is well worth re-doing because of the action captured here.

Superb action Rick! Agree with Carol on the color, but a first rate capture for sure!

Hi Carol,  Colour is definately a challenge for me.   I have attempted to tone down the image, hopefully it is a little better?  And FYI Park Omega is refered to as a Safari Park and not a Zoo.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parc_Omega

Terrific behavior shot -- I agree with Carol about the pink cast.

A great action shot. Perfect timing! I agree on the color cast. Maybe hitting the snow with the white balance eyedropper in ACR would help???

Fabulous action Rick. It's almost inconceivable for us in the UK to get this with a 70-200. Am so jealous. Seriously. no. Just like to enjoy what you have presented. Ditto on the reds. well worth sorting.
