Another image in my series of Howler Monkey's taken on a recent trip to Costa Rica, the entire shoot lasted no more than ten minutes, in that short time frame I was able to capture some interesting images of this mother and her infant.

Nilon D7100, Nikkor 300 2.8 VR II, HH

F/5.6 @ 1/500 ISO-320.

Another fascinating study of these two! I love the way junior is hanging on to mother with its little fist, (mind you, so would I up in that tree!) and the expression on its face is priceless. I can't help smiling Rob!

Very nice - but the cloning, highlight recovery and blurring in the background is way too obvious for me.
