Classic combination of red fox and snow - a real winter scene and nicely done Luke!

Stunning colorful subject in a wonderful winter setting. The diagonal slope adds interest and the low angle works well.

Love this shot….with the red against the white and the fresh snow……. and the fact that this fox trusts you.  Of course it is always good to carry some food reward; I know I would.  It's tough out there.  And foxes love it.   Good job!

Hello Luke

Well done. Great scene with the colourful fox. diagonal lines are great.

Love this. Looks like the snow caused a bit of underexposure but not too much. Meter the snow and add 2 stops or with an older camera like the 1D4, add 1 2/3 stops to the base exposure of just the snow and your exposure will always be spot on.

The snow enhances the beauty of the fur.

Beautiful contrast! Did you name it that because of its' size in relation to the landscape?

No,
I named it like this because he is the smaller one of the family of 5 foxes.
