Walking Cow

Taken on the same ridge in Badlands National Park of South Dakota as the "Walking Bull" posted earlier.. She has a downward horn instead up upward.
Canon 1dMIII, 500mm, 1/125 sec at f/5.6, ISO 800.

Hey Jerry!  looks like you found the 'cow with the crumpled horn, that tossed the dog, that worried the cat....... that lived in the house that Jack built'   :P

Another fine image of these mighty creatures and nice to get the male and female for comparison.

I really like the soft colors and soft light, and overall simplicity of this image. Her downcurved horn adds a little extra interest too.

I like Bison images and this one has that extra bit of interest, well done.
