I've posted this buck before but he was my favorite from my Montana trip so I have tons of images of him. I'm still struggling with processing images from the 7D2 using DPP4.1.1 in combination with Photoshop CS5.


Canon 7D Mark 2, 500mm f4L IS II, ISO 200, f 8, 1/320 sec, manual exposure, from truck window

Nice exposure to stop the snow flakes. I think it would also work a bit lighter over all with editing.

He is a cool buck. Snow shots are tough to process too. I watched this buck get run off by a bigger buck a week later...
