 3 Cubs & Mom being Attentive ! Cubs curious and attentive while Mom is attentive to the forest sounds. Taken in Great Bear Rainforest of Northern BC Canada recently. Weather was extremely Wet , with amazing rain volume. An Amazing encounter to see and photograph these characters ! Slight crop but still about 90% of full Frame. The tide was rising on this small island and we were fortunate to spend some quiet time before the tide was too high . A difficult situation to get everyone in close and focused with appropriate DOF. D600, with 200-400 mm VR ,F4 lens in Active Mode Taken @ 310mm, Hand Held from Floating Zodiac boat & moving with the tide 1/320, @ f5.6, ISO 1800 -.67 Meter Compensation Taken @ 1PM BC time, Rain & Very dark Overcast, Comments and Critique appreciated Bill www.BillBickle.com PS... additional images being added to my web site. |
