Masai Mara..
We had an awesome sighting of this leopard called Bahati.. she was there with us for almost 2 hrs marking her territory. When she walked in front of our jeep, this shot was taken.. this is almost a full frame shot.. I cropped it for compo and closeup this way.. Leopards are my most favorite mammals..

Really nice head shot. I loved seeing this cat as a one year old in 2011. The "lucky one" was a knock out as a cub with her blue eyes. She's still beautiful now. I saw her briefly in the Mara a couple of weeks ago and was happy she was still with us. Small world.

Nice image! I can't believe she allowed you to get so close, and for so long! Incredible. The flat overcast light works well to preserve the detail, though I might be tempted to warm up the image just a bit and also increase the saturation a small amount. The crop is a tiny bit tight for my tastes but it does work well and accomplish what you were going for. All around, nice one.

Its a shame you appear to have lost detail on the top of the nose as this is central to the crop and more evident because there are no spot markings there,  but those eyes are superb - even showing detail of the blood vessels!  Always wonderful to see the big cats in their natural habitat.
