Nice behaviour capture Eric! The cub is honing his hunting/pouncing skills on its poor long suffering mother, and from her body language and laid back ears, this is just one of many attacks.

Almost looks like it is going for a ride. The branch over the cub mimicking its shape is a plus.

Morkel, the mother and cub were playing along the S130 road between Crocodile Bridge and Lower Sabie.
