While it looks like a flower, this is a reef tube worm. The head protrudes out multiple radioles that serve for feeding and gas exchange.
This is a common animal on the reef but this one was in a good location for a blue water background shot.

This is very pretty. The contrast in colors is eye-catching, and the pattern of the radioles is just so delicate.
