We always have a few beaver in our neighborhood pond.  However, they are rarely out and about after sunrise.  I got lucky this morning.  7D, 500/F4+1.4, F5.6, 1/320, ISO 400, tripod.  Thanks for any comments or suggestions, Dave

Nice one Dave. Love the pose and all the duckweed covering the fur, good details.

Nice behaviour capture Dave with a good view of the way they use their forepaws to hold their food and lovely clear detail from head to tail.
