A young tigress in Kanha National Park. Her mother is the dominant female in that area.

Shot during that special moment when she glanced at me.

A lovely head on view of this beautiful tigress! Wonderful eyes with the light just right to illuminate her gaze.

The eye contact and front paw moving are a special bonus here. Personally I'd have preferred more space top and bottom, maybe even a vertical framing if you had the time to switch. It would be helpful if you put some technicals here- if you had a zoom lens, zooming out a bit would have made a big difference.
All that said, so special to get this cat out in the open and with such a nice pose and eye contact, in pleasing light.

Excellent image of this tiger in the wild. The soft lighting adds a lot.
