Morning Mood with Up Close Wet and Hungry Grizzly Portrait.

Wet grasses dripping the morning dew are appetizing for this Springtime Beauty. She was content with my closeness and never stopped chewing the grasses. Water dripping from her chin was spewing water trails as she chewed.

Rim lighting helped frame her wet head .
Constant rain in this Temperate Rain Forest of Northern British Columbia Canada. The Tide was low and I was standing up in a Zodiac Boat drifting with the receding tide which enabled this very low perspective view.

Beautiful image Bill. The detail, light, and eye contact are super. You were awfully close with a 200mm lens.

Best Regards,

Roman :-)

A fine and intimate close up Bill, she looks quite relaxed. Lovely detail in the fur and face.

Excellent close up Bill, nice details, I also like the bit of spittle dribbling down and the flies noticeable in the background.

Nice detail indeed. I like the mouth full of grass and dribbling water.

Thanks for the excellent feedback, Really appreciate the comments and critiques.

It was cold enough that few bugs were present most of the time but a few can be seen here flying.

Amazing Adventure to be so comfortable and safe within the Valley of Bears!

Superb, to get that close with that lens and get it that right.. nice, very!

The only thing is maybe f11 or 16... might have cropped to where the sharpness ends...
