Velvet Antlered Buck

I spent the morning in my whitetail woods when I found this nice buck keeping his eye on me. I was able to get a few images before he turned around and headed to his day bed. Although the sun was out, the heavy forest canopy forced very high ISO.

Nikon 40-400mm VR S lens @ 400mm
ISO 2500
F-5.6 @ 1/25
Handheld VR on

You can see he's got all senses working with sight, smell and hearing all on full alert here! Another nice image of this sweet faced species John.
