I was unable to make it to Northern Maine this summer  ... si I was looking through some images from last year.  This is from the end of June.  This young bull was making it's way toward me when a car full of people stopped at a nearby pull-off and had to scream to the world that there was a moose standing there.  I got one or two "alert" poses and then he was gone.

Viewing in the shadowbox makes a big difference with this one. I love the depth to this scene, and the alert pose.
