Grizzly Bear in Northern British Columbia Canada . It's springtime here and this hungry guy is seen eating the sedge grasses , as theses grasses become available from the lower tides. Grass is covered mostly during higher tides ( tides can exceed 25 feet )  , tides change each 6 hour interval.
Taken late morning with Heavy overcast skies and constant rain. Rain trails can be seen here while I used a slower shutter speed to make them more visible.

Constant Cool conditions prevailed & these conditions were expected & to my liking! This is a Temperate Rain Forest where the Bears are protected from Trophy Hunters. Bears are Wild and not contained by any man made boundaries.

An Amazing experience for me to Savour!

Taken @ 190mm with VR on normal, 1/320, F5.6, ISO 250, -.67 Meter compensation, Hand held from a floating Zodiac boat,  drifting with the tide.

Loved the low angle, overcast feel, the rain drops and the grass sticking out from the mouth. Lovely shot.
