Nice portrait of the mama and her baby. The subjects are well posed to give relationship between them, and the eye contact with mama brings the viewer in to the image.

A perfect moment captured with mom and the youngster, and what makes the image for me are the wildflowers in the foreground.  Beautiful work, Missy!

A nice view of cow and calf among the wild flowers, and they both look in good condition. The image might benefit from a touch more warmth in the colour tone as it appears a bit cool/cyan to me.

Hello Missy

Great to see them together! Mom is a little sharper than junior using that F stop being shallow but I understand to separate more from the quite close background. That green foliage is very powerful and robbing your main subjects (moose ) presence, I think the Image could be tweeked some to add more colour depth in the pair and tone down the shoulders a little from its quite bright reflectiveness.

Thanks for sharing

Bill
