Spider Monkey

Spider monkeys are not very common in some areas of Costa Rica due to habitat loss. It was a real thrill to find this troop and a mother with its baby and to see that they felt confortable with my presence. 

For this one I use

I like the framing of your composition, with the diagonal element of the branches and the leaves giving a pleasing framing to the image. Too bad the baby's head isn't visible, that would've been the icing on the cake.

The mother is certainly checking you out, while the infant is camera shy! A nice find and a well balanced image in their natural environment.
