I spent my first real time of the summer tonight looking for some moose in the Wasatch, and found a couple cows with their little ones.  This mother was keeping an eye on her calf as she fed.

The meadow full of wildflowers make this a sweet image. To my eye this is just a little bit light, I would at least look at this with maybe 0.2-0.3 stop less exposure to bring out more richness in the meadow.

Beautiful portrait, John! Love the framing, the soft lighting, and the wildflowers! Well done!

Such a sweet expression and lovely eye! A pretty setting among the wild flowers John, and a really nice view of this beauty in the soft light.
