The Kibale forest of Uganda is considered to be the primates capital of the world.
Following this Chimps family for a whole day we got to know so much about our closest relatives. We probably walked about 18-20 km that day.
We were resting and walking among them and didn't feel at any moment in danger. Only the moms with the youngsters didn't let us get too close.
A very unique experience.

Must have been an amazing experience. Nicely composed and a good look at the face of the youngster.

Youngsters have to be told to wash behind their ears!

What a precious moment captured.  Lovely behaviour illustration.

Great capture. Nicely composed and exposed in what must have been challenging light. Tells a story.
