Bullmoose, ISO 12,800

As the three of us were paddling back to camp at dusk, we spotted this handsome bull that turned out to be very co-operative for photos. I shot this in "auto ISO" mode, to insure I got a decent shutter speed as it was getting rather dark. I added a few stops of light (in camera) to make the image more viewable.

Just look at the size of that body! :shock: He's surely gonna' be a dominant bull someday! :!: Northern Maine.

Body is massively stout! Looks like a rodeo bull. Imagine getting this shot at 12,800 ISO! Never could have done that with film!

another reason to love digital and the advances. A few years ago this would've been a great sight but no image at all.
