I came across a baby antelope last weekend while looking for badgers. I figured a baby was somewhere close, as mama antelope was desperately trying to get my attention. I doubt I would have even seen the baby if it hadn't raised it's head and looked at me with those big black eyes just before I took this photo. It quickly laid down flat in the grass again and virtually disappeared.

Very sweet, gives you an idea just how hidden these tiny ones are. I like your vertical composition taking advantage of the flow of the grasses. Lucky that the one eye was clear, that really makes the shot work.

I love these shots where you are being watched by something in the grass. I like these better then the shots where the whole animal is out in the open. This really conveys the caution that most wildlife has when humans come romping into their habitat.

Nice sweet looking portrait. You were quick with your trigger finger to get this one. Nice job!
