Castle Stalker - Scotland
a7R II, 70-200 @ 100mm, ND 1.8, ISO 100, 10s, f/6.3

A great castle with a high overlook set-up perfectly when you get good color at sunset...

Color is great EJ, but the castle lacks sharpness. Maybe something seems went south in processing?

Wonderful view of this iconic castle! With some 700 years of often bloody history, what stories this place could tell.

100% crop and this is shot through about a half mile of atmosphere:

You're right -- my eyes were tricked by the small size of the castle. I withdraw my comment on sharpness! :)

Excellent choice to soften the Sky with a 10 second exposure, even though the sharpness on the castle took a slight hit.
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

Wow, if this was my image it would be framed and hanging for all to see. Makes me want to go back to Scotland next Fall. The Scottish Tourist Board should purchase this from you.

Regards,

Rob
